“When I first started in Project Management over a decade ago.

I thought delivering projects on time was all about frameworks and tools.

I followed every methodology to the letter, worked late nights, and handled countless stakeholder meetings. But no matter how much effort I put in, the pressure kept piling up, and my confidence faltered.

One day, after another chaotic week of firefighting, I realised something was missing and it wasn’t more tools or techniques.

I needed time to step back, reflect, and focus on myself as a professional.

That shift changed everything. I stopped spinning plates and started making intentional decisions.

My projects ran smoother, and I felt more in control. But most importantly, I learned to manage stress, delegate effectively, and lead with confidence.
